We recognize that healing and growth often occur within a community. This workshop provides a safer space to explore your reactions and responses in relation to others, highlighting how shared experiences can enhance your understanding of consent.
Expectations
A portion of our workshop includes platonic (non-sexual) touch exercises, with clear boundaries: clothing remains on, and no genital or explicitly sexual touch will be involved. Participation is always voluntary, and alternative verbal exercises are available for those who prefer them.
💗 Should feelings of arousal arise, we ask that you simply acknowledge them without acting upon them.
⚠️ Content Warning:
Given the nature of the topics discussed, issues related to sexual assault or rape may arise. While not all consent violations result in sexual assault, every sexual assault involves a breach of consent.
💌 We encourage participants to have a community care plan in place for support before, during, and after the workshop. Consider what helps you feel comfortable and supported — perhaps bringing snacks, arranging for a post-workshop decompression space, or spending time with friends.
About our host
Cloudy (he/him) is a musician, community organizer, and educator based in Oslo, originally from Barcelona. He's a core part of the Lollipop community, where he regularly facilitates gatherings and workshops, and he has spent years living and practicing ethical non-monogamy.
His approach is warm, direct, playful and grounded. He believes consent isn't a set of rules to memorize but an embodied skill you practice and that a carefully held room, built on safety, choice, and zero judgment, is what makes that practice possible. Expect to be met with honesty, curiosity, and care, with room for complexity and for going at your own pace.
Join Us for a Shared Experience
Consent is a journey that involves both individual and collective efforts. After our time together, you are welcome to stay and connect. This is a unique time to help process and integrate the experiences of the workshop.
We look forward to exploring these important topics with you in a respectful, engaging, and supportive environment. Let's learn together, grow together, and support each other on this journey of embodied consent and personal empowerment.
