Community Lab: Our Values in practice
A community is not just a place where we find our people and party. It's also a place where we create the world we want to live in.
This 3h gathering is for getting nerdy about our values, our culture, and how we actually put them into practice. We talk about the big words, like authenticity, liberation, and connection, and ask: What do they actually mean in real life? Where do we succeed? Where do we struggle? What are the shadow sides? How can we do better?
This is an open space for reflection, feedback, ideas, and co creation. A place to shape the community together and explore how we can embody our values, not just talk about them. It's also a beautiful opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and connect through meaningful conversations.
Future Community Labs will explore topics such as conflict resolution, communication, community living and other tools for creating healthier relationships and communities.
Time: 1800-2100
Place: Oslo Sentrum
Price: 100 NOK. This is a small fee to help cover some of the organization, marketing, facilitation labor, and for the work that happens before and after the gathering to turn ideas into action.
