Explore connection, communication and self-discovery in a supportive space.

Group therapy is a unique chance to discover more about yourself in relation to others. By sharing your own experiences and by taking in others' experiences, we can see ourselves in new ways and create room for growth.

Many find themselves feeling less alone in their thoughts and feelings. And you will have the opportunity to explore how you relate to different people and gain insights about your relational patterns.

This group is focused around queer experiences, and is open to anyone who identifies as queer. All queer sexual orientations as well as genderqueer and trans expressions are welcome. Across three sessions, we will explore different experiences that each participants brings to the group related to being queer. Each session will develop around the topics and experiences shared in the group, and will be explored through different group exercises.

Both similarity and group identity, as well as individual uniqueness will be welcomed in the group. The group is limited to 12 participants and will meet three times during April and May, each session lasting 3 hours. After the first meeting, the group is not open for new joiners. Joining all three sessions is key to building trust and creating a steady, supportive space.

The group will agree to keep everything shared confidential. After the first session, the group is not open for new joiners, and participation in all three sessions is highly encouraged in order to build trust and support.
